Teen Resume Workshop with North Shore Neighborhood House

Hey there, teens! Are you looking for a summer job but need help figuring out where to start with your resume? Well, we've got just the thing for you! Come join us at the Teen Resume Workshop with North Shore Neighborhood House.

During this workshop, we'll cover all the basics of creating a top-notch resume and give you plenty of time to work independently. It's the perfect opportunity for those making their first resume or wanting to improve an existing one. And don't worry if you don't have a laptop or tablet - we'll have some available for you to use.

We'll be holding this workshop at the Learning Lab in Lynn Valley Library, and it's a drop-in program, so no registration is required! Just show up on Friday, May 5, 2023, from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm, and we'll get started.

This workshop is designed for teens ages 14-18, so you'll be surrounded by like-minded peers looking to create killer resumes. And if you have any questions, please email Jessie at hawkesj@nvdpl.ca.

We're celebrating International Dance Day (April 29) with free dance workshops for preschoolers and adults. This is a perfect opportunity to brush up on your dance skills or to try something new. You can just register for a class near you. All classes are free, but registration is required.
