Featuring a drum demonstration with expert Daniel Duggan, airbrush tattoos with artist Frederic Carrasco (Ink Vancouver), and crafts. An interactive event for everyone!
The ‘Live and Local’ series happens during the months of July and August at two North Vancouver locations; Lynn Valley Village & Civic Plaza. Join us for a variety of entertainment, engaged activities and crafts. This series will provide opportunities for friends, families and community members to connect and create together.
Los Duendes - Big Bands and Brass series
Big Bands and Brass series at Lynn Valley Village is full of big sound! The rhythm and beat of these shows will be fun, dynamic, and entertaining.
On Sunday, July 17th from 1 to 3 pm Los Duendes will perform in Lynn Valley Village Plaza.

Toronto-based Kobo Town continues to redefine calypso music and push boundaries of the Caribbean sound on new album, Carnival of the Ghosts. Trinidadian songwriter Drew Gonsalves’s buoyant music stimulates both body and mind – catchy, propulsive grooves juxtaposed with incisive lyrics have inspired such fans as Calypso Rose and Carlos Santana, who’ve covered his tunes.

For the past seven years, the merchants at Lynn Valley Village have hosted a fun contest to celebrate Valentine's Day. As always, our merchants outdid them self generosity, and the result was a beautiful gift basket that Posy put together for us.
